Export

Open the menu, then Account.
  • Export backup (JSON): a full copy of everything, including where each value came from. Keep it somewhere safe.
  • Export entries (CSV): one row per day with the main numbers. It opens in a spreadsheet. It is a summary, not a full copy.
Both open your phone’s share sheet, so you can save the file or send it to yourself.

Delete everything

Open the menu, then Account, then Delete account and data. This deletes your account and the entries and settings we hold for it. It then erases everything on the phone and returns to onboarding. If you never turned on cloud backup, there is no account on our side. The phone is wiped and the app says so. You can also email hello@vitasync.io from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it.

Uninstalling

Uninstalling removes the data on the phone. If cloud backup was on, the copy in your account stays until you delete the account.
